Refund policy

We want you to love what you take home from Art Heist Gallery. If it is not quite right, we are here to make it simple.

You have 7 days from the date your artwork is delivered to request a return. Refunds are issued minus shipping costs and a 10 percent restocking fee.

The artwork and frame must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. We are unable to accept returns for pieces that were damaged while in your care.

Custom orders and layaways are final sale unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
